Designing Performance
for Complex Work
PORTFOLIO • LEARNING DESIGN & RESEARCH
I design evidence-based learning experiences that prepare people to perform under real-world conditions. Drawing on 20 years in higher education, a background in media production, and doctoral research in media psychology, I create simulations and training experiences that improve decision-making, build expertise, and support complex work.
